About Us
Dr Tami Mehl has a clinical doctorate in Audiology from the university of Florida (USA) – with a special interest in balance and dizziness disorders, hearing difficulties and tinnitus. With leading edge technology and over 28 years’ experience, the practice is geared to quickly, non-invasively and accurately identify the cause of hearing loss or difficulties – and balance issues regardless of age: from infants to children to adults. Advanced and non-obtrusive solutions and individually managed rehabilitation is a vital cornerstone of our patient centred practice.
We appreciate that people often don’t want to acknowledge a problem because they think it will stick out like a ‘sore ear.’
We understand sensitivity. In fact, the ear is also a highly developed and astonishing system fine-tuned beyond sound to the subtleties of vibration, echoes through bones and fine-membranes and evolved air-pressure systems and other remarkable cues designed to give us the ability to use our ears not only for experience of sound but for keeping our balance.
Embrace the power of your ears. Don’t be shy. We love all ears.
